These Luxury cowls are hand knit using ethically sourced & mulesing free Merino Wool from Uruguay. These sheep are free ranged there. The wool is hand dyed in very small batches. These makes each item unique as small variations will occur with each dye batch.
Merino fibre is finer than most other wool and creates light & breathable wool while remaining extremely warm. Merino wool is odor resistant, biodegradable, moisture wicking, durable & sustainable. It’s like wearing a cozy cloud.
Caring for your Handmade items:
The 100% Wool means your beanie MUST ONLY be spot cleaned or hand washed!!!!
When cleaning is required we always recommend to do so gently, to retain the condition and integrity of you items for many years to come.
If a complete wash is necessary we suggest a soaking product like Eucalan, (this is sold here in our Shopify store)this allows proper cleaning by soaking your item(s) in tepid water for several minutes in a clean sink or bowl. Squeeze gently to activate then leave for a few min. With Eucalan NO RINSING is required! Very gently squeeze water from your item(s) then lay flat on a clean surface or towel, do not pull or stretch while the garment is wet. Turn periodically to dry completely and that’s it!
